Challenge
Release notes are written manually at the end of each release. This costs time, is often postponed, and leads to incomplete or inconsistent updates. Raw commit histories are too technical for users, so important changes never reach them.
Solution
An AI agent reads the merged pull requests and commits between two release tags, filters out internal changes, and drafts grouped, user-friendly release notes. It is triggered automatically in the CI/CD pipeline (e.g. via GitHub Actions). The draft is reviewed by a human before it is published to users, for example in-app, by email, or on the website.
